Ophthalmologist Comprehensive, Cornea, or Glaucoma- Partnership track, surgery center buy in

Partnership track position for an anterior segment surgeon in a well-developed practice. A comprehensive ophthalmologist, cornea fellowship trained, or glaucoma fellowship trained ophthalmologist would do well in the practice. The primary surgical focus would be on cataracts and MIGS procedures.

The practice has very low staff turn over and grants a great deal of autonomy to physicians to set their own clinic pace and schedule. The practice is open to a 4-day work week. Surgery can be done in a nearby surgery center which can be bought into. Call is very light.

Partnership will be offered after 2 years and is a simple buy in. Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus and 5 weeks of vacation.

Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified/Eligible
Open to 2022 residents and fellows
