Medical Receptionist, East Orange, NJ
Must have current medical office experience.
Responsibilities are checking in/out patients, collecting co pays/balances, answering the phones, scheduling appointment in Athena and using Nextech, our EMR system. Ophthalmology receptionist experience preferred, or medical receptionist experience with insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations in a medical or surgical specialty. Friendly, well spoken and willing to learn.
Full time- Mon, Tue, Thurs., Fri, 9:00-6:00 - Wed Every other week 9:00 to 2:00
No later nights and no Saturdays
